Tochigi-ken successfully completed the office expansion project in one of their customer located at Laguna Technopark Industrial Estate (LTI), Philippines. The project involved the construction of additional office spaces to support the client’s growing operational needs, featuring integrated architectural, structural, and MEPF works.
The project was executed in a live industrial environment with strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and schedule requirements, delivering a functional and efficient workspace aligned with Hitachi’s operational standards.
