Tochigi-ken successfully delivered a warehouse expansion project built from ground zero, covering full construction from site preparation through to final completion. The project involved end-to-end execution including earthworks, structural works, architectural finishes, and complete MEPF systems installation, ensuring a fully functional industrial facility.
The warehouse was developed to support increased storage and operational capacity, designed with a focus on efficiency, durability, and compliance with industrial construction standards. Throughout the project, strict attention was given to safety, quality control, and schedule performance, even under challenging site conditions.
